To Whom It may Concern ,
Two years ago I moved to Melbourne , I had previously been nine years managing a sheep station. Everything was different , I needed a lot of help with business matters such as insurance and buying a vehicle , different things to do with computers and many various matters.
I was very fortunate to get Michelle Dalton to do all the brains work and talking to banking people and such other matters on mine and my wives behalf .
It certainly made our transition from open spaces to the big smoke very smooth. I would highly recommend her services and particularly her no bulldust attitude .

I sort the services of Hire a P.A to try and get my mother out of a rental contract that she had been conned into signing. Not really thinking it could be achieved but thinking it was worth a try . I can not tell you how happy I was when Michelle came back to me saying she had managed to negotiate a deal with the company saving my mother ( an aged pensioner ) $2,500.00. I can not tell you what a relief it was to both my parents and myself. I really didn’t think there would be any hope of getting out of a signed contract , not sure how she managed to do it but it is done.

I had a dilemma.

My car needed repairing prior to an impending sale but I needed to get back home to Qld. I spoke to Michelle who advised no problems, not to worry and she will get it sorted. I passed on the insurers details, left my car with her and flew back to Queensland.
Next stage was a phone call from Michelle that she had dropped the car off, got it repaired, picked it up, sorted the detail with insurer and car repairer, all I had to do was pick the car up from her when I was next in Melbourne.
Oh so easy and in the meantime I was working making money.
Thank you so much Michelle for your personal efficient and wonderful service.

Next time I have anything I can’t or don’t want to deal with, you’ll be the person I call.

Last year, Michelle took it upon herself to sort out my finances by developing a budget that best suited my situation. She spent days going through my income and out going expenses, setting up direct debit and Bpay authorizations all of which has completely changed my life for the better.

In addition, during May 2011, Michelle advised me on the best laptop suitable for my particular needs/price range. She was generous enough to shop for that laptop with me and ensured I received the best possible price. Michelle also came to my home to install and set up all the necessary software and hardware on my new computer, as well as ensuring my children’s laptops were also connected to the new wireless router. This new system has given us the freedom to work, complete homework or just be social in the room of our choice instead of all fighting to use the study, which was the case before Michelle insisted on helping my family’s computer needs.

In summary, I would recommend Michelle because she possess many and varied skills, qualities and a work ethic to help in many situations.

I would like to thank you so much for all the help you have given me sorting out all of my bills. As you know I was very stressed and overwhelmed by all the mounting bills . I now feel like I have some control back and can cope. As you said I don’t worry about getting the mail anymore.
